This was our second time staying there. Last year, they were just starting renovations, which were greatly needed. This year, one wing was completed, and we were able to get a rnovated handicap room. The room was dramatically different, clean, nice upgrades, and a great bed. However, the pool and spa were in the middle of being renovated, and we were unable to use it. I believe that should have been disclosed at check-in, and also, the staff should point out that the blinds are electricly controlled by a switch at the side of the window. Wouldn't take much for a frustrated guest to rip them loose ruining the shades.

Rooms have been updated and modernized. Very clean. Front desk super friendly. Bed was comfortable.

The staff was attentive and helpful. The hotel was well organized and easy to navigate. The room was extremely clean, and I loved the labeled hard and soft pillows. The breakfast was great, and there were several options.

Staff as we came in was nice. Got us a room suitable for kids on main floor thankfully. Room was good. Noise level good. Felt safe

Breakfast was great! even included to go bags if you did not have time to sit and eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. pool was clean and hot tub was hot. Fitness center was basic but met my needs. Room was clean and quiet. Would stay again.
